Shapes In Dreams
If you have had this dream I want to let you know that the reason you are reading this right now is that you are suppose to understand what these symbols mean for a deeper purpose.
In all my years writing these dreams, spiritually I have worked with various shapes from ritual thorough to sigils. Spiritually speaking they only show up in dreams when something groundbreaking is going to happen, depending on the shape you saw. Shapes (in my opinion) are usually abstract representations of our own inner world. The shape you saw is important.
Detailed dream interpretation of Shapes
- Diamond: In my spiritual works the diamond is not like any other shape. This is because in Exodus 28 god gave moses some instructions to make some clothes and he specifically said diamond as the breastplate. God said moses had to have the diamond symbol on the chest. Therefore, in my view seeing a diamond in a dream represents something close to your heart like a new love or a hobby/passion coming your way.
- Circle: In my research seeing a circle in your dream represents the universe. If you dream of anything round, for example, a ring or a tire, this represents your spiritual entirety. If you dream of a circle and an inner circle inside the circle, this demonstrates the female side of life and that you are soon to have a birth in either your family or within a close group of friends. Also remember that this is the shape that never ends and never begins, so it means life is going to go full-circle. Spiritually, the circle is the same as the wheel of fortune in the tarot, things keep on spinning. If the circle feels like it trapped you in your dream, if you're inside it and can not get out, you're going round and round, then in life in my view you keep doing the same pattern and calling it living. I often see these dreams when someone has the same argument, same relationship, keep on doing the same mistake.
- Cube: The cube was in the kabbalist scriptures the holy glyph, and is connected to forever being grateful in life.
- Crescent: The crescent signifies a particular female and kindness. To dream of a crescent is an extremely enlightening experience. The crescent is an important spiritual symbol suggesting that you need to awaken your spiritual path. If the crescent appeared quite random in your dream, this awakening is needed within the next 36 months. Celestial symbols were often used by central Asia and also Siberia in their worship of the elementary symbols: sun, moon, and sky gods. A crescent, in essence, shows a strong, bold statement that it is time to begin recognizing oneself in the waking life, and it ensures that the images you portray to others is of power and resilience.
- Cross: Seeing a cross implies difficulties in various facets of our lives. In order to fully understand what this means in your dream, it is important to look at what the cross means to society in general, so you can gain some solid analysis of your dream. The cross gives great rise to many symbols. In a nutshell, the cross shows lessons that need to be learned. If we consider that the cross in Christianity symbolizes suffering and crucifixion, and finally of the Tau, which signifies perfection, in the spiritual world, the upper arms of the cross show anguish, distress, and disappointment, but also perfection. The cross in a dream indicates a complete journey of the soul from the start to the end, with key learning experiences on the road of life. If you have seen a picture of a cross in your dream with the figure of Christ, then this represents your need to sacrifice yourself for others. If you do not see a picture of the cross with Christ, then this clearly shows the need to recognize your life more, and it is time to begin learning lessons in life that will make you richer as a person. Dreaming of any cross, whether that is a hot cross bun or a necklace, has the same meaning, referring to the fact that it is time to really find yourself and follow the path to better things. Enjoy life!
- Square: people in life will make sure that you know they are the boss. Simply, this symbol shows that it is time now to enjoy life. Another joint meaning of this dream is demonstrated in your working life. It sometimes shows that you feel things are going well, but you wish to progress further. The cross in your dream shows that an important time is coming into your life.
- Triangle: This represents the fact that there is 3 sides of a story in your life right now. I always find these dreams are associated wtih reflection in life. The Triangle pointing up can mean great things are coming it signifies you're climbing. Climbing. Pointing down means the opposite. It means the secret knowledge that is below the surface and not above. Two triangles stacked on top of each other to form a Star of David spiritually in dreams mean opposing forces in balance. Both masculine and feminine. The interesting thing here is that we have four equal sides, so this is a good dream because everything perfectly even. Think about four walls of a house, the 4 corners of a bed everything is safe but not able to be bent. The reason I mention this is that you may find life a little too structured.
- Stars: This is the ultimate spiritual sign the pentagram. In spiritual teachings this is about balance, harmony and the eight point star is about the fact you have completed a cycle, much like the star card in tarot hope is coming. I always say to my readers who email me in this is a “wish” shape in that you should make a wish after seeing this.
- Spiral: In my occult teachings we were taught through channelling that this is a great dream meaning as the DNA is spiral shaped it is about life, it is about how we live on this earth. The spiral is showing you that you are in the right place at the right time this week. Don’t forget hurricanes are spiral you may find yourself in the middle of the hurricane but you are going to be just fine. If you see a quick spinning spiral it can signify that someone around you is super anxious, maybe your own thoughts are spinning, but from a spiritual perspective this is a great dream.
- Hexagon: there is so much spiritual meaning when you see this in your dreams, because a hexagon is a geometric form in esoteric work, I have worked with the hexagon and because it has 6 sides it is about learning your craft and work, snowflakes are hexagon shaped and often it represents the fact you need to go within rather than over-sharing.
- Dot: In a dream a single dot is the deepest symbol, it means you. This is actually the point of consciousness, in my occult teachings it means you are singular self in infinite space.
- Rhombus: So in my view, this does not really have any name after it in spiritual teachings but it is normally in sacred art, antique floor patterns, textile magic and folk protective symbols. And that the word rhombus is the same shape as the lozenge, which has serious history in esoteric symbolism, this shape is among the earliest known human art symbols. Carved into cave walls, paintings on old pottery. So the Rhombus seen in dreams is that you need to build something - because this is a sign before everything humans built.
Are shapes seen in dreams good or bad?
In my research, any type of symbol in your dream is a method of communication to the physical world and the way in which the world reflects the spiritual plane. When I was about 20 years old I had dreams of geometric shapes and these dreams yielded different meanings depending on the actual shapes. I was studying the occult quite hard during that time. Geometric shapes like spirals often mean that something in life will spiral out of control. Spirit is giving you a message, it could also be scared geometry which can help us understand our design in this world.
In my occult studies, shapes were about geometrical form and basically was used to draw crystal grids and also in rituals. The temple of solomon and Noah's Ark was designed by the divine shapes of the universe. It is the tip of the iceberg if you have had this dream. Angels and God often show up when shapes start to appear in your dream, and each shape has a different meaning.
Although we now know a lot more about dreams, their real purpose isn't yet fully understood. It wasn't until we approached the middle of the twentieth century, with the first electronic monitoring of the brain, that science began to get a clearer idea of the nocturnal adventures of the mind. Shapes in dreams are significant. Each shape that appears in the dream (depending on where and how) In my view connects to the fact we need to make a decision, the actual shape will provide the message. Carl Jung wrote in his books that seeing shapes in the dream was connected to the fact that our reality is being changed by our own self. He said the dream of shapes often appears after a major life event.
