Biblical Meaning of Hospital in a Dream

Healing is not supposed to happen fast. Because if healing happens fast it will not last. Healing is a miracle. People pray to God for health. People who are sick have comfort in prayer and faith. The biblical meaning of a hospital dream is about time. Being patient. I want you to know that Good things take time.

The hospital in the dream is a sign that healing takes time. Jesus healed the sick, he restored sight. He made the walk on water. JEsus cures by saying a few words in the bible. And Luke 4:40 miracles happened. Resurrections happened. In the gospel of John, Jesus performed seven miraculas things. The Good Samaritan is a key story of this dream to understand the biblical meaning of the hospital dream. A man was hurt, left on the road. Others passed by him. But one man stopped. This Good Samaritan helped him. The Samaritan's actions reflect a hospital's purpose.

Before my grandfather passed he held a cross I gave him from the Cathedral in my city. It was a sad day. I remember his coal stove by the porch, and I wonder how he regulated the temperature of the stove. He knew how long things would take so that the food was cooked and ready.

Hospitals are places where strangers go to be cared for by strangers. Strange isn’t it. Healing happens within these walls, and doctors and nurses act with compassion. They provide comfort and healing. I think that sometimes we need to understand we are raised to be in pain in life. And, when you come to that place where it is hard, where it is difficult. That you can overcome this pain. It is about processing something so that we can heal. Hospitals often have chapels: patients and families pray there. They draw strength from their faith. In the Bible, healing represents renewal. It's about rebirth and transformation. Hospitals help this kind of healing today.

What is the biblical meaning of a hospital in your dream?

I hope you agree that compassion is crucial in hospitals. Remember when we went through the Covid-19 lockdowns and we gave so much love to our hospitals? Love is something nurses and doctors show daily. Just like the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:33-34) as I mentioned above. He did not pass by the injured man. Instead, he helped him with love. Try to reflect on your own acts of kindness. Have you shown compassion to those in need? In doing so, you echo the love found in Christ’s teachings. The hospital stands as a monument to this care. Like in the Book of Mormon Jesus descended from heaven and went to a group of people that bowed down to him. He helped them. Who is helping you?

Closing thoughts

How strong is your faith? In trials, do you hold fast to hope? A hospital dream when it comes to faith is a reminder that we have been brought up without faith in difficult times. I remember once I was earning 100k with an employer - then the next year I was broke. What is all that about? The hospital dream came along and I knew I had to learn something. I had to learn why things were the way they were. I had to learn how to hold on. It was all about faith and hope, that my service to the spiritual world. Now, service is quite important when it comes to dreaming of a hospital. This is because hospital staff serve you. In the bible, Jesus washed the disciples' feet in John 13:1-17.  The reason I mention this is that Jesus served just as the doctors and the nurses served you in the hospital.
